ELECTRONICS
Note that some collectibles offered are 20+ years old. We sell ALL of our items as collectibles only, therefore returns or full refunds will not be granted for electronics that do not work. We do not test the electronics of most items, unless otherwise shown in photographs, for operation as doing so jeopardizes the collectibility. Some items may also be sealed in the original boxes or too large to test. If electronics do not work on an item that was not shown in photographs as tested, please email Genuinely Collectible within ten (10) days of purchase. Store credit up to 15% of the purchase amount can be granted in this instance. No other form of refund will be issued and returns will not be accepted.
SEALED COLLECTIBLES POLICY
All brand-new, sealed items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return if opened. Unsealing collectibles significantly impacts their value, particularly when the item is long sold out and considered a rare or vintage piece. We cannot accept returns on opened items, as their condition and authenticity in original packaging are essential to maintaining their collectible status. Please carefully review all product details and reach out with any questions before purchasing.
GENERAL
Please note that all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. In addition, all applicable shipping charges are nonrefundable, and the buyer will pay return shipping fees. Finally, all items must be returned in their original condition or the return will not be accepted, a refund will not be issued, and the item will be returned back to the buyer. If a purchase is damaged in transit to the buyer or the buyer believes the item is not as described, amicable solutions can be discussed if photographs of the goods and packaging are emailed to us within twelve (12) hours of delivery. Upon receipt of the photographs, a full examination will take place within forty-eight (48) hours before a solution is discussed. If it's determined that the product was damaged in transit, or it's not as described, examples of amicable solutions can be a partial refund, a return with reduced restocking fee, or an exchange.
Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days of receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. Under certain circumstances, store credit may be issued instead of a credit to the original payment method if the return is determined to be out of convenience, buyer remorse, or unrelated to the actual return request. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON ANY PRODUCTS LABELED AS NON- REFUNDABLE, or AS IS.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
The above applies except where stated differently in this section. All packages shipped internationally will be securely packed for safe transit. International buyers are responsible for paying all import duties, such as tariffs or taxes, imposed by their country of residence.
If a purchase is returned because an international buyer fails to pay import taxes or tariffs imposed by their country of residence, the buyer will be held responsible for any additional shipping charges that result. The buyer will also be subject to the 15% restocking fee on the returned purchase, and all items must arrive in original condition, or the return will not be refunded.
If tracking history shows multiple failed delivery attempts by a local courier were made and the buyer does not make arrangements to obtain the package, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed if the package is returned to Genuinely Collectible. The package must be returned in original condition or the return will not be refunded.
If a purchase is seized in the buyer's country of residence due to import restrictions (ex., blaster replicas), Genuinely Collectible will not be held responsible, and no refunds will be granted. Please understand your country's import laws before making a purchase.
